Say it once. It lands on the right day.

Talk to your watch, phone or Mac. taskBrewery turns what you said into a task with a project and a date. You check it with one key, and it’s waiting on the day it’s due.

Capture

Catch it before it’s gone.

The best moment to write something down is rarely at your desk. Every route ends in the same place: Triage.

  • Apple WatchRaise, tap, talk. Voice memos go straight to Triage.
  • iPhoneWidget, share sheet, Siri. “Create a memo in taskBrewery.” Links, photos and files from any app.
  • Mac⌃⌥Space from any app. Talk into a floating pill, or ⌘⇧Space to type one.
  • WebRecord, or just type. The Record button sits in the top bar on every page.
  • Terminaltb memo "…". A small CLI for scripts and people who live in a shell.

How it works

Three stages, one direction.

Things only move forward: from what you said, to when you’ll do it, to done.

  1. 01Triage

    Brewed, not buried.

Every memo comes back as a drafted task: title, project, date and who it’s for. What the AI guessed is dashed, so you can see it and undo it.

  2. 02Plan

A week you can actually see.

Drag tasks onto days, or park them until they earn a date. Days you’ve finished fold out of the way.

Organizations

Home and work, kept apart.

Keep a Personal list and a list for each team, and switch between them in one click. Assign tasks to people, or to an agent with its own token and its own Triage.

The small things, done properly.

A reminder says what it’s for, not just “Reminder”.

Reminders on by default
Dated tasks remind you at their time. All-day ones at 09:00.
Repeats that don’t pile up
One open task per series. Skip a week and you get one task, not four.
Works offline
Capture on a plane. Memos wait to sync and land when you’re back.
The keyboard goes all the way
Plan a whole week without touching the mouse. F1 lists every key.
Your own time zone
Everyone keeps theirs, and repeating tasks follow it.
Bring your Todoist
Projects, labels, tasks and reminders come across in one import.

Pick a roast.

Five themes in Settings, each with its own colours, display face and icon. Try them here.

Your next thought has somewhere to go.

Start with one memo. Triage takes it from there.
